Opening in July of 1999, “Tarzan Rocks!” was a high energy stage show featuring songs from the Disney animated feature Tarzan. The show took the place of the original show in the “Theater in the Wild” at Animal Kingdom, Journey Into the Jungle Book.
The show was largely unchanged during it’s run and had it’s last performance in January of 2006 at which time the theater was closed and refurbished to make way for “Finding Nemo: The Musical.”
