Over a year after it’s predecessor, Journey Into Narnia, had closed, The Legend of Jack Sparrow officially opened to guests in December of 2012. Similar to the prior show, the attraction was a walk-through and stand show featuring state-of-the-art projection effects to make it appear as if Johnny Depp’s Jack Sparrow was standing atop his ship, interacting with the screens and props around him. Guests were invited to join his crew and help to fight off Davy Jones and his Kraken.
After nearly 2 years, the attraction officially closed it’s doors to guests in November of 2014.
