- 🔥 Fire Mountain
- A lava-themed roller coaster planned for Adventureland, featuring a volcano structure and flying coaster tech. Canceled due to budget constraints and shifting priorities post-Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
- 🧛♂️ Museum of the Weird
- Originally pitched by Imagineer Rolly Crump as part of the Haunted Mansion. Included oddities like melting candles and living chairs. Elements were absorbed into the Mansion, but the standalone museum was shelved.
- 🏴☠️ Western River Expedition
- Marc Davis’s ambitious Frontierland boat ride with cowboys, bandits, and desert scenes. Scrapped after guest demand for Pirates of the Caribbean led to a shift in priorities.
- 🎭 Main Street Theater
- Broadway-style theater for Magic Kingdom’s Main Street, inspired by Kansas City’s Willis Wood Theatre, but the project was quietly cancelled in early 2018 before vertical construction began.

- A fantasy realm with unicorns, fairy tale walkthroughs, and enchanted groves.

- 🚢 Rhine River Cruise
- Planned for the Germany Pavilion, this boat ride would have taken guests through scenes of German folklore and landscapes. Infrastructure was partially built but never completed.
- 🏔️ Mount Fuji Coaster
- A thrilling indoor coaster proposed for the Japan Pavilion, sponsored by Fujifilm. Canceled due to sponsorship conflicts with Kodak.
- 🧬 Life Pavilion Attractions
- Several concepts for the Wonders of Life pavilion never made it, including a “Tooth Adventure” ride and a more elaborate version of Cranium Command with branching storylines.

- A monster-themed show featuring classic horror icons like Dracula and Frankenstein. Proposed for Sunset Boulevard but deemed too niche.

- A shooting gallery-style ride based on the 1990 film. Canceled after the movie underperformed and the licensing deal fell through.

- A mine train-style coaster through a dinosaur dig site. Early concept for DinoLand U.S.A., replaced by Primeval Whirl and later removed entirely.
